管材壁厚不均Pipe wall thickness is uneven
原因Reasons：
(1) 口摸或芯摸螺栓松动、口摸间隙调整不合适。
the mouth or the core of the touch bolts loose, mouth touch gap adjustment is not appropriate.
(2) 口摸或芯摸温度不均、导致料流不一致。
The sizing sleeve and mouth touch misalignment on spiral spreader or mesh plug.
(3)定径套与口摸不对中、螺旋分流梭或筛网堵塞。
The temperature difference between the mouth and the core is not consistent with the material flow.
解决方法Solution：
1) 紧固螺栓或调整口摸间隙the fastening bolt or adjust the export clearance touch
(2 )检查加热圈和温度传感器check the heating coil and a temperature sensor
(3) 调节定径套和口摸对中折分流梭或筛网。Adjusting sleeve and the mouth of main stream shuttle or touch screen.
